The Online Trolling phenomenon is a continuously developing form of negative online behavior. It developed as such under certain conditions which fostered it.
Trolling is described as the activity of ‘fishing’ for potential victims that will take the bait and start replying to the fake comments of the troller. Trolling can come in various forms and shapes but has, and must have, unified and proven methods of dealing with trollers both as a user and as an administrator. There are many famous trollers who became popular and ‘blew up’ on the Internet after they reveal their identity and their purposes to troll. There are famous victims as well.
